Andy Carvin’s Waste of Bandwidth: Al Gore Speech Highlights

Al, here’s a couple of thoughts about your speach.

1. There is no WE in TV!
2. TV is a one way broadcast medium – there is no conversation
3. You don’t need realtime full motion video to have a conversation on the web – discussion forums, blogs, podcasts, vidblogs
4. You are right there is something gravely wrong with the public perceptions spun by the current administration
5. I don’t think TV is the answer here – it’s WE MEDIA and WEB 2.0!
